Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Conduct tax research and provide advice on various tax matters, including corporate tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
• Assist in tax planning and strategy development to optimize tax liabilities.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company and clients.
• Liaise with tax authorities and represent the company in tax audits and disputes.
• Prepare documentation for tax filings and maintain organized records of tax-related activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on tax-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
